Sandy Lane began singing on stage at an early age of 8 years old and started writing songs soon after. She was Lead singer of a few country/rock bands and decided to take my song writing and guitar playing a little more seriously and went solo. She's recorded several of her original songs and now perform out with just her and her guitar throughout Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Texas.
    
Her daddy sang and played guitar in a blues band (Gene Cash and the Coins in Chicago, Ill) back in the day, and Sandy's mom sang and danced to country music in the house. Her dad would play the guitar at home and her mom, her, and her siblings would all set in. Her dad always chose her to sing by herself while he played guitar. He said Sandy was a star.
