John and Bonnie Huffines are both singer/songwriters as individuals and they have been writing and singing together since they were married in 1985. Early in their marriage they attended David Ingle’s creative praise class which inspired them to continue writing music.

In 2005 John and Bonnie began attending the Branson Gospel Singer Songwriter Association (BGSSA) meetings, founded by DK and Sherrie Brewster. Here they were able to grow their talents and share the music the Lord had given them. They have ministered in a number of Assisted Living Centers and Retirement Centers since winning the Duet of the Year and Bonnie the New Horizon Vocalist in 2005 with the BGSSA.  We have been blessed to sing at Treasure Lake Resort and Little Opry Theater in Branson. We have had the opportunity to lead worship and sing in churches in Alabama, Illinois, Texas, and Oklahoma. John and Bonnie were regulars at “The Burn” in Tulsa, OK where they ministered in2-hour worship sets.

Bonnie has, over the years, recorded around 14 CD’s of original music and John has recorded a CD as well. Bonnie plays the keys on all her music and John plays guitar on his CD.
