Linda Boles, a Nashville-based Christian singer-songwriter with a lifelong passion for ministry, has released her heartfelt new single, “I HAVE A HEART,” to Christian radio in the Inspirational and Soft AC formats. Written by Boles and produced by Stuart McCloud, the song delivers a tender yet powerful plea for life, rooted in the belief that every heartbeat carries God’s divine purpose. The release of “I HAVE A HEART” comes at a time when Linda is actively partnering with Pre-Born Ministries in a campaign to raise $15,000 to purchase a life-saving ultrasound machine for a pregnancy clinic. This mission, aligned perfectly with the heart of the song, seeks to provide women in crisis pregnancies the opportunity to hear their unborn child and choose life. “I HAVE A HEART” is more than a song. It is a reminder of the eternal worth God places on every life, no matter how small. Donate to the cause of Pre-Born Ministries:

Iconic Gospel singer Steve Apirana joins Aaron Partridge for new single release.
By Charles Brady, 2025-07-27
Legendary New Zealand gospel blues singer Steve Apirana and Australian musician Aaron Partridge have teamed up to release a brand new single "You Can Call On Him" this February 28th.
"You Can Call On Him" will be made available for streaming on YouTube and at select radio download websites.
The new single, written and produced by Aaron in his home studio, has a Gospel Island feel and has been written specifically with Steve in mind. "I had been getting to know Steve over the last couple of years" said Aaron "and after attending some of Steve's Gospel in the Garden sessions I asked him if we could write a song together. He said no." Aaron says jokingly "But, if I write something he liked then he would sing on it. I went away and came back some time later with You Can Call On Him."
"You Can Call On Him" is Aaron’s first single release for 2025 and comes off the back of his No. 2 Single of the Year award for his 2024 release Heaven Help Me and recent tour to the USA. "It's a great honor to have Steve with me on this song" Aaron said "I have listened to Steve from back when I was still in school, although I try not to remind Steve of how long ago that was."
Having had decades in the music industry, Steve Apirana brings a wealth of wisdom from a life well lived. From playing in Blues Rock bands in New Zealand in the 1970's to touring the world and landing on major gospel festivals through Europe and the USA in the 1990's. What Steve hasn't seen and done with his music, is probably not worth seeing or doing.
Aaron Partridge. along with his band the Brothers of Redemption, performs a road-worn blend of blues-rock and earthy-gospel-soul. After a lengthy hiatus from performing, Aaron recently signed with US label Grace Records Nashville in 2023 and is reintroducing himself to a new audience with brand new music.
Now days Steve performs with his wife Ainsley, who also writes the majority of their material. Steve and Ainsley Apirana are touring in support of their new album "White Linen" having recently arrived home from a European tour and upcoming performances in New Zealand starting February 20 through to mid March 2025.

NASHVILLE, TN. (July 11, 2025) – Billy Blue Records is proud to announce the latest radio single from award-winning bluegrass duo, Darin & Brooke Aldridge, titled “Same Ole New Love.” With their unmistakable blend of rich harmony and emotional clarity, Darin & Brooke deliver a refreshing and heartfelt performance that once again demonstrates their mastery of storytelling through song.
Co-written by Darin & Brooke Aldridge alongside acclaimed songwriter Dennis Duff, “Same Ole New Love” is a haunting reflection on love that never grows old. The lyrics lean into poetic, nature-inspired imagery—like the forest waking up in spring or the tide rolling in again and again—to describe a love that keeps renewing itself. It’s the kind of song that feels both familiar and fresh, capturing how deep connection can still take your breath away, even after all these years.
Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Darin and Brooke shared, "'Same Ole New Love' is an original tune co-written with our good friend Dennis Duff. Dennis brought this idea to the table based on the long standing relationship and bond that he’s always shared with his wife, and that same love that he noticed between Darin and me. Through all the ups and downs in life, time and time again, love will always conquer and keep coming back around."
“Same Ole New Love” is the latest single from their Billboard chart-topping album Talk of the Town, following the success of previous singles like “My Favorite Picture of You” and “A Million Memories (A Song For Byron)” the latter featuring legendary country artist Vince Gill. The album continues to earn praise for its heartfelt themes, dynamic instrumentation, and the duo’s standout vocals.

Woodie Kitchen's first single as a new artist for the Nashville Christian Country label called "Faces" went straight to #1 as the most downloaded song by DJs and Programmers on the 4K radio stations reached by RadioMusicDJ.
Proving himself as an artist right out of the gate, this new release may surprise you even more. "Faces" was an amazing ballad type song with a great message of inspiration on how we treat people as Christians. "Back Pew Prayer," written by one of our favorite songwriters, Denise Bain, comes for her heart in a story about finding herself at a little country church and the twist of what awaited her on a back pew. (Read the story behind the song below.)
Woodie immediately felt he could give the song the emotion it needed. He could also relate to the story in the song. We hope everyone will love this one just as much as his first radio single. Please reply and let us know what your thoughts are about this second release by Woodie Kitchen. Thank for listening and playing our music!
Denise Bain's Story Behind the Song
Denise Bain’s latest song to be released was one she wrote alone instead of with her usual co-writers. It is very personal to her and was recorded by Nashville Christian Country’s newest artist, Woodie Kitchen. He could relate to Denise’s words in “Back Pew Prayer” and could not wait to record it.
“Back Pew Prayer” is very special to me,” says Denise. “It took years for this song to culminate. Every direction I tried to take it wasn’t the right one. While going through a really difficult time, I took a drive out in the country. I passed a little white country church. I felt like I needed to back up and stop. The church was closed, but the door was unlocked. As I entered, it was so deteriorated, but I saw that the piano was still up front. Of course, I headed straight for it. There was broken glass on the floor and dilapidated wood everywhere. I carefully made my way to the back again. I walked to the back pew and sat down thinking I might sit there and pray. When I looked at the back of the pew in front of me, there was my daddy’s name carved into the wood.”
Denise continues, “My daddy was still living so I went to ask him if he carved his name in the pew at that church. He sheepishly grinned. He told me the church had also been a school at that time. Daddy would go early to start the old stove. If he did, he got free lunch for doing that. At some point, he had left his mark when he was there alone, waiting for school to start. Later, when the song was finished, I also found out the history of the church and that my great -great granddaddy had pastored there. What a wonderful thing to find out all because of a song!”
"I Saw A Miracle Today" is a song that I felt compelled to write, as if the Lord was directing Lauren's story to be written in song.
Lauren Worley, a sweet young lady from my hometown, a senior in high school was just a few miles from home one evening when she was hit head on by a drunk driver and sustained a brain out, traumatic brain injury (TBI).
After being airlifted to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, she was given a 1% chance of survival. I wrote the song through the eyes of her father who would post daily on Facebook giving updates and asking for prayers for his little girl. This went on for months, and I anticipated seeing the daily updates, and it was amazing to watch God’s miracle unfold.
I saw my hometown come together in prayer and support for Lauren and her family. This support and love spread throughout the town, Facebook community and beyond. There were thousands praying for a miracle. Lauren fought hard and it was a long journey, but God answered those prayers, and today, Lauren is a beautiful walking testimony!! I Saw a Miracle Today!
I pray this song encourages and reminds us all of the power of prayer and most importantly, the Love that God has for each and every one!

Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers Deliver a Joyful Tribute to the Bittersweet Passage of Time with "Time Adds Up (If You're Lucky)"
By Charles Brady, 2025-05-09
NASHVILLE, Tn. (April 11, 2025) – Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers (JMRR) announce the release of their first bluegrass single since 2023 with "Time Adds Up (If You're Lucky)" from their upcoming album, Lovin', Fightin', Losin' Sleep, slated for this summer on Billy Blue Records.
As the band eases into their milestone 20th anniversary, this new song offers a deeply relatable reflection on the passage of time. The track opens with a lively banjo riff followed by Mullins's lead tenor voice, full of warmth and character, singing the Latin phrase Tempus Fugit, which translates to “time flies”—a sentiment introduced by songwriters Tim Stafford and Missy Raines that strikes a chord with anyone who has ever looked back and marveled at how quickly life moves.
In the words of Mullins, “I’m rarely satisfied with the status quo. And I love roots music that is bona fide. Well, I’ve used up most of my Latin vocabulary very quickly.”
Mullins goes on to explain the story behind the song: “I didn’t know what Tempus Fugit meant until I got a wonderful new song from Tim Stafford and Missy Raines, both great artists, writers, and old friends. Missy and I were together with our bands at AmericanaFest in Nashville in 2024. I was chatting with her and said, ‘We’ve been doing this a long time,’ since we got acquainted in the 1980s, as we were both learning everything about the bluegrass community. Missy said, ‘Yes, but we have heard so much great music and met so many wonderful people. And getting older isn’t a bad thing!’ Then she told me she and Tim had a song about the subject. ‘Time Adds Up (If You’re Lucky).’ I had to hear it, and I loved it! The lyrics were SO relatable for me at this phase of life. I’ve been on stage with a banjo and on radio in some capacity since 1982. Now, over four decades later, I have my first grandchild, and she’s gorgeous, by the way!"
“Time Adds Up (If You’re Lucky)” is more than just a reflection on time; with a mix of nostalgia and optimism, it captures the essence of what it means to cherish every moment, knowing that the years we’re given are precious.
Time is slippery, you can't hold her
Good news is I'm gettin' older
Let me tell you buddy
Time adds up if you're lucky
